Quite good quality, I removed one star because personally it did not help me with pelvic pain, probably because it was intense. It would be quite useful for pregnant women who stand a lot or take long walks, something I was unable to do. Also, it supports the waist, but when you sit it presses you a lot so you either loosen it quite a bit or remove it completely.
Αρκετά ποιοτικό, αφαίρεσα ένα αστέρι γιατί προσωπικά δεν με βοήθησε στους πυελικούς πόνους, μάλλον γιατί ήταν έντονοι. Θα ήταν αρκετά χρήσιμη για όσες εγκυουλες έχουν ορθοστασια ή κάνουν μεγάλους περιπάτους, κάτι που αδυνατούσα να κάνω εγώ. Επίσης, στηρίζει τη μέση, απλά όταν κάθεσαι σε πιέζει πολύ οπότε ή την χαλαρωνεις αρκετά ή την αφαιρεις τελείως.
