It does exactly what it promises, especially for those whose motherboards do not have extra USB ports on their motherboard. My motherboard provided 2 USB ports to which I connected the front ports of the computer, however, I needed more due to the extras I added inside the case. And it did it perfectly, essentially distributing the ports. It will slightly reduce your data speed but it does its job exceptionally well.
