    It is very good for charging a mobile phone, but be careful when charging the power bank because it does indeed provide 20w as stated on the packaging and consistently, but it gets very hot... It has overheating protection, but a power bank that may take up to 6 hours to charge may be an issue... It will definitely turn yellow if it doesn't completely burn out. It's not the heat of the summer's fault, I have tested it in spring with temperatures below 20 degrees.
