    It seems to be a handmade product. First of all, we are talking about a parrot, not a canary. The blue part on the leg should be removable, otherwise it will break in 5 minutes. Secondly, the placement should be easier. I imagined some kind of clip. For 22€, I would expect a more careful construction.
    Update: I found it abroad for 1€, including a clip.
