Excellent! Since I got it, I might be drinking cappuccino every day. I don't think it has anything to envy from the more expensive ones. It works very well with 1.5% milk. I also tried it with plant-based milks, but it doesn't do them as well.

When the product works, it works perfectly. Unfortunately, its internal electronics are not insulated. The product accumulates moisture inside, resulting in short-circuiting and not functioning. You press the button, the light appears for a while and then it loses power. By removing the screws on the main body and the cover, the product has the chance to dry out the accumulated moisture and work for a few days. The above test was performed on the already replaced product.

The machine, although it hasn't even been a year and it broke down, has the same problem that other users mention below: the button doesn't respond, the selection you set doesn't work and it does its own thing. Also, around the bottom of the machine the color has changed since the beginning. It's a pity because it's a good company

Two different "textures" for milk froth. Either richer or less thick. Used with light and lactose-free milk, with the same result in both versions. I haven't tried cold drinks yet. Cleans easily with a simple rinse. Excellent choice!

I bought it and for a few months it worked fine, then suddenly it stopped and they replaced it for me. And guess what... the new device also suddenly stopped working after 6 months of use, I sent it back today.

We were very satisfied until yesterday, after about 8 months and not even daily use, the hot function stopped working. One day before I wrote this review it was working fine and today when I went to make a hot chocolate, after I set the program, it simply never finished and never heated the milk... normally it makes it in just a few minutes and now I had it for half an hour and it was still running without heating... Note that all this time we weren't using the hot function because we drink cold coffee and only in the last month have we used the hot function about 10 times... we will request a replacement and I hope the next device doesn't have the same problem again.

Update: They did replace it for us and guess what!! Within literally 5 uses it AGAIN stopped turning on. I see that we are not the only ones who had this outcome. What a shame. We will now request a refund.

Value for money choice. I prefer the hot thick frothed milk which turns out fantastic. It requires good quality and full-fat milk for even better results. The hot chocolate is satisfactory, but the quality of the cocoa you use definitely matters. The cold frothed milk didn't blow me away, but it's not bad. It cleans very easily with water and a sponge, but the trick is to wash it immediately after you pour the frothed milk into the coffee.
