The slim metallic multi-port USB 3.2 Gen 1 (USB 3.0) AXAGON HMA-GL3A hub connects up to three USB devices to a laptop or desktop computer. It features a Gigabit network card for fast network connectivity. The aluminum casing provides mechanical protection and resistance to fingerprints.
The attached 20 cm long USB cable is ideal for portable devices while supporting the connection of external hard drives. The USB 3.2 Gen 1 interface allows transfer speeds of up to 5 Gb/s. The network card is compatible with 10/100/1000 Mbit/s and offers various features such as:
- IPv4/IPv6 checksum for reducing CPU load.
- Cross-detection and automatic correction.
- Support for Wake-on-LAN.
- Virtual LAN (VLAN) functionality.
The hub supports plug-and-play functions on modern operating systems from Windows 8.1 onwards. It can be connected to smartphones via an OTG adapter or USB-A > USB-C, allowing the connection of a pendrive, keyboard, or mouse.
