I confirm the friend who wrote about the insecure fastenings of the pole, as during the first use one of the two came off (I believe it can be fixed with another screw or even a zip tie). However, the response with the scissors is very good and because the scissors are AMAZING, overall it provides a satisfying user experience. Keep in mind that it’s not convenient to put in and take out, so it’s best to attach the scissors to the pole when you only have the tall ones left for pruning

The original 1400ETC did not work. It has now been returned twice and it took almost 2 months before I actually received one that made electrical contact with the EC1400 trimmer. My confidence in it continuing to work is zero.
Mounting or removing from the EC1400 trimmer involves unscrewing 2 M5 wing bolts, which if dropped in the grass, will be lost. Poor design for a "PRO" product.
