I took it on a long trip I made and due to the stress I was afraid that my immune system would drop and I would get sick. Taking one capsule a day made me feel like it was helping me and I didn't catch anything even though I found myself in many closed spaces with a lot of people who seemed to have something like a cold. Also, it was very convenient for me that it is in pill form and I could take it on the go.

I bought it thinking it replaces the effervescent ones. Anyone who sees it thinks they are getting the amounts stated here and that they knew from the effervescent ones. The truth is that they are getting half, because the box states that the amounts refer to 2 PILLS, so the 30 pills are for 15 days. Because I believe this was done intentionally misleading, I give a negative review. The good thing is that it contains other substances (selenium, minimal quercetin, etc.)

I saw a big difference in my body since I used the 1st box! I have a small child and I often catch colds, which I now get through more easily and quickly. I believe they helped me a lot.
