The Axagon PCEE-GIX network card adds a Gigabit Ethernet port with an RJ-45 connector to a desktop computer for connecting to a network or the internet. It uses the Intel I210-AT chipset and supports speeds of 10/100/1000 Mb/s, with backward compatibility with 10/100Base-T networks. It supports PXE network boot, Wake-on-LAN, and power-saving features.

It connects to a PCIe x1, x4, x8, or x16 slot and supports PCI-Express versions 1.0a, 1.1, 2.0, 2.1, and 3.0. It includes a low-profile bracket for installation in low-profile cases, as well as a standard-height bracket. It is compatible with Windows, Windows Server, Linux, and FreeBSD.
