Description & Specifications

Technicoll two-component epoxy adhesive is suitable for permanent bonding of glass, ceramics, porcelain, stone, marble, bricks, plaster, concrete, wood, aluminium, iron, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, and PVC, Bakelite, and plexiglass plastics. It is not suitable for polyethylene or polypropylene, and can also be used to fill damaged areas in the base material.

The bond withstands aggressive chemicals and atmospheric conditions, and temperatures from -30 °C to +70 °C. To use, thoroughly mix equal volumes of components A and B, then apply the adhesive to a degreased, porous surface. Keep the surface still until the adhesive has cured; the initial curing time is 135 min at 20 °C and approximately 90 minutes at 30 °C. Heating the uncured bond, for example with a hair dryer, shortens the repair time and improves the bond properties.
