The last tip I have to give is to apply it with as few strokes as possible and ideally not more than one layer. Personally, at the end, I dry it with a small fan or hand fan until I feel it has set. I have shades 110 and 40 and I love them, especially 110 which is perfect for both morning and evening—I use it almost every day.

I got the capricious 45... while the color is perfect, in everything else it promises... it fails. It is not superstay, within 20 minutes it comes off (and for some reason it comes off mainly from the upper lip, as shown in the photos). Expensive for nothing, it's a shame, I expected a better result.

It is not moisturizing at all, it is not vinyl as shown in the photo, it is matte and it dries the lips incredibly

Excellent, it lasts for quite a while. Its texture is more matte than vinyl and of course because of that it is quite dry. Typical for Maybelline lipsticks (the same happens with the other inks). I remove one star because it flakes after a while and if you apply more on top, the result looks bad.

I don't know why it has such a rating! You put it on and after half an hour you're without makeup! The only good thing is that it leaves no trace! I wouldn't buy it again!

It lasts quite well (definitely 12+ hours), intense color. For me, it only comes off when I eat (and then it comes off quite easily) and with makeup remover.

Perhaps the best lipstick I have ever used. It stays on the lips almost all day and most importantly it is very moisturizing, it doesn't "pull" at all and it doesn't crack as if it's breaking. Excellent. I got the shade cheeky but I will definitely get more.

I have bought other colors from this specific line and I can only say positive things about all of them. Especially this particular one, I consider it to be a classic timeless color. It definitely needs 2-3 coats to achieve a bold result and not wear off with food, water, etc. It's good to let each layer dry first before applying another.
