A basic component of negligible value, which comes with the faucet, was missing, and when I contacted them, they denied that anything could have been missing from the package.
They wouldn’t even accept a return.
I was lucky to find the replacement part after quite a bit of searching, at the sixth plumbing store I tried. And I had to carry the faucet around with me!!!

It broke like a leek in less than a week after installation. The store says that 2 weeks after receipt the warranty is no longer valid! Stay away, it's a complete scam

If I could give a lower rating, I would. The faucet arrived without a basic part for installation, and after just one use of the shower option it stopped working and now only releases water from the “normal” flow. We have literally had the faucet for 2 days

Mine arrived and at the bottom it leaks. As you can see in the photo, it turned black, rusted, bad quality for me. You get what you pay for of course. I am updating, I ordered a second one to replace the first, this one seems better, it doesn't leak, and the shower which was defective as well as its switch, I will see over time if it will leak or rust, for now it seems ok. Probably the first one was defective.
