If there is no other option with olive oil then it is a solution, but what I personally did not like is the smell and taste, meaning it is not the 'buttery' sardine that has a good fish aroma.. it has a slightly strange smell, as if the olive oil is a bit oxidized, but as I mentioned before, it can be a solution if there is nothing better.. the smell and texture are the same in all the cans I opened..!!
Αν δεν υπάρχει άλλη επιλογή με ελαιόλαδο τότε είναι μια λύση αλλά αυτό που δεν μου άρεσε προσωπικά είναι η μυρωδιά και η γεύση δηλαδή δεν είναι η « βουτυράτη» σαρδέλα που έχει καλό άρωμα ψαριού.. έχει μια μυρωδιά λίγο περίεργη σαν το ελαιόλαδο να έχει λίγο οξυδωθεί αλλά όπως προανέφερα μπορεί να είναι λύση αν δεν υπάρχει κάτι καλύτερο.. η μυρωδιά και υφή είναι η ίδια σε όλες τις κονσέρβες που άνοιξα..!!
