If there is no other option with olive oil then it is a solution, but what I personally did not like is the smell and taste, meaning it is not the 'buttery' sardine that has a good fish aroma.. it has a slightly strange smell, as if the olive oil is a bit oxidized, but as I mentioned before, it can be a solution if there is nothing better.. the smell and texture are the same in all the cans I opened..!!
