    Very good. Sturdy design and materials. It easily adjusts to any height and distance. The only negative for me was the size of the "base" that holds the phone. It's fine for a tablet or to hold the phone vertically to watch something, but for me, wanting it to shoot videos, the base was too large to "catch" the phone horizontally and keep the back cameras free. I had to creatively attach another "holder" I had from a light ring so I could film on a table. Maybe I didn't research it well enough for the purpose I wanted. Overall, though, very good and definitely worth the money
