    I would give it one star but... I bothered to read the installation instructions. The "professional" who installed it couldn't be bothered to read them and I was using it without it pulling at all for 2 months. Until I opened the booklet and voila. An internal pipe needs to be installed as shown in the photo, even if you use it with a carbon filter like me. Otherwise, it doesn't pull at all. Now the paper even sticks to the smallest scale. Before, it would barely suck it in on the largest scale. RTFM
