Safety without compromise

Racing DNA for the road

The new AGV K3 is not just an upgrade; it is the top choice in its category.

Manufactured with the strict AGV Extreme Safety protocol, it offers safety levels that exceed the new ECE 22.06 standard. The shell made from High Resistance Thermoplastic is combined with multi-density EPS, while the special profile at the base of the helmet is designed (as in the racing Pista GP RR) to prevent collarbone injury in the event of a fall.

190° horizontal field

Vision is safety. The Ultravision system offers a 190° horizontal field of view, allowing you to see obstacles, turns, and surrounding traffic faster than ever before.

  • Pinlock 70 MaxVision (Included): Forget fogging. The top anti-fog film is included in the package.
  • Sun Visor: The internal tinted visor is easily adjustable even with winter gloves and does not obstruct ventilation.
  • City Position: The visor has a micro-opening position for city riding at low speeds.

Aerodynamics and comfort

Zero Dynamic Weight

Designed using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics), the K3 achieves something unique: at a traveling speed of 130 km/h, its dynamic weight is zero. This means less pressure on the neck and more comfortable kilometers.

Its interior is made of 2Dry fabric that absorbs sweat in record time, while the lower part is waterproof to prevent soaking from rain.

The helmet at 200 euros is perfect for what it does.
The safety certification is something, but I hope we never have to test it.
It comes with an anti-fog film that I will try in the winter and its ventilation is very good.

In the test ride I did, even at high speeds, you don't feel the weight but above 90 km/h there is quite a bit of noise.

Personally, it doesn't bother me that much since I always use earplugs on the highway.

The weight, however, will become a bit annoying on a long ride in the city.

As for finesse, like all Italian products, it's beautiful.

It also seems to be made of good quality materials, but only time will tell how well they will last.

In summary, I've had it for a month and at this price I think it's the best.

For those who get it, enjoy it and above all, keep it scratch-free, guys

the helmet is quite good, very comfortable. personally I tried many from agv, the streetmodular and generally the modular ones from agv seemed quite heavy to me and that's why I ended up with a fixed one, I found it online for 150 instead of 230 in a store. white or black helmet for me is off, when I saw the rodio grey shade with the black agv logo, even though I didn't want silver before, I got hooked. and in the end it was the best choice. there are also some nice, more unique designs but to go from 150 to 240 plus just for the design, you really have to like it a lot. it meets 2206 specifications so we're talking about a pretty safe helmet, especially since it's agv. a mirror visor guys from China for 15 euros with pinlock, and it's amazing

This review is about the colour: Yellow

I really want to like it as a helmet but AGV has really dropped the quality, coming from a K1 (not the S) the noise at low speed is much more, the wind whistles a lot and if you close the visor you just hear the wind roaring.

Also, the chin curtain or whatever it's called fastens with very poor clips which come undone when you take off the helmet and it touches your chin. Also, the strap is very short and bothers the neck, almost chokes you, but after a bit of searching and DIY I managed to open it more.

On the positive side, the helmet is very comfortable and for some reason I can't change the feeling from the cushions that AGV helmets leave, prescription glasses go in and out very easily and also the plastic in front of the nose, which is supposed to keep the breath from going up to the visor, is very short so it doesn't touch my nose like it does in other helmets.

I have the previous K3 model, 8 years old, and the K1 for over 10 years. I can say they are tough, especially the K1. No internal wear, only the expected external wear, with the K1 having better paint quality. The visor is like new, very durable.
The internal sun visor on the K3 is very convenient.
The new K3 I bought is redesigned compared to the previous one, hopefully for the better, time will tell.
I don't install the pinlock because I've never needed it. The visor rarely fogs up, and in very cold weather, I don't use the bike anymore. (I guess I've gotten older).
As for noise, it's within reasonable limits, but with a fairing on the bike, it becomes annoying above 110-120.

I had the K3, I bought it in 2012, it was really tough and the materials were perfect. This one has nothing to do with it, a lot of plastic, definitely more noise, incredibly tight, I went up a size and it's still tight, heavier, and the worst for me, in the winter it lets in a lot of air from below and you feel the cold even on your ears, whereas with the old one I didn't feel anything. Also, the strap to tie it is extremely short, I cut it at the seam and sewed it myself to make it longer because it was choking me, especially with a neck warmer. I wouldn't buy it again.

This review is about the colour: White

Recently purchased, for speeds up to 100-110km/h it is okay if you have protection/fairing. There are minor noises but with a more expensive Givi, the AGV is a class above, especially in aerodynamics and fit.
There are better options, but when the use is standard mixed use like city and small trips, the €400 and €600 for the average rider are excessive, as they are for our wallet.
Also, in white you can add your own touches with personal aesthetics.

This review is about a variation of the product

Coming from an LS2 Vector Evo, I can say that this helmet is light years better.
    + It is very comfortable,
+ It has both pinlock and sunvisor,
+ The materials seem to be of good quality and the cheap leatherette that falls apart within a few months is absent,
+ The sunvisor is in the right position, and it doesn't cover your forehead. So you DO NOT have the permanent gap between the visor and the nose guard right in front of your eyes.
+ Although it is not quiet, and you can hear the wind rustling, at least it doesn't whistle like crazy like the previous 2 helmets I had,
+ Finally, it doesn't close your ears so much, and you can hear everything around you.
For the overall picture and durability, some time will have to pass because I've only had it for a week.

For the money, it's a relatively good helmet that will protect you and satisfy you in city conditions! Up to 80-100, it's good. After that, the noise starts even if you have all the vents closed. Generally, for this price, you'll get roughly the same things from other companies.

    **Helmet Review**

This helmet proves to be a disappointment in relation to its price. Although it bears the stamp of a well-known brand, its performance does not justify the investment. With the same amount of money, you can find better options that offer more reliable features.

The build quality is poor, with materials that seem not to be durable. Additionally, the noise during riding is annoying, which ruins the experience. As for aerodynamics, the performance is bad, making the helmet less efficient at high speeds.

In short, the helmet is very good for carrying water; for the same money, you can get an excellent helmet from another company

A decent helmet that has its issues.

    Pros:
    *Appearance
    *Comfortable
    *Includes free pinlock visor

    Cons:
    *Shows marks very easily
    *Not quiet

For the price I bought it, 210€, it is very good and I don't think there are many better options. It has a built-in intercom, mainly for music and a few calls, and although it's not quiet, both sound satisfactory.

Very good quality and comfortable fit, it has nothing to envy from helmets that cost 400 and 500 euros, and I say this because I have seen it from friends who have more expensive ones. It has pinlock, internal glasses, a place for intercom, and a chin strap. In short, it has everything at an affordable price!

A helmet with good construction quality and comfortable fit for longer rides. The air vents are okay, you don't feel the air hitting you but it cools your head. It's very helpful that the visor can stay slightly open for city riding. The graphics on this one are very impressive up close. It makes a little noise after 100km/h (on a naked bike), a problem that can be solved by using earplugs.

Perfect helmet, it was worth the money. I have bought cheaper helmets for 100€, but they are nothing compared to this one. What impressed me is that I feel like I ride better with this helmet compared to the old ones

After 1 and a half years the helmet is ready to be thrown away, nothing like the previous generation K3, and AGV is pretending not to know anything regarding the interior which has been destroyed

    - Good quality materials
    - The visor lock can be easily unlocked with one hand using the visor closure adjuster in the city position
    - The only negative aspect: moderate noise insulation with aerodynamic noise above 100 km/h

  • The helmet at 200 euros is perfect for what it does.

  • the helmet is quite good, very comfortable. personally I tried many from agv, the streetmodular and generally the modular ones from agv seemed quite heavy to me and that's why I ended up with a fixed one, I found it online for 150 instead of 230 in a store. white or black helmet for me is off, when I saw the rodio grey shade with the black agv logo, even though I didn't want silver before, I got hooked. and in the end it was the best choice. there are also some nice, more unique designs but to go from 150 to 240 plus just for the design, you really have to like it a lot. it meets 2206 specifications so we're talking about a pretty safe helmet, especially since it's agv. a mirror visor guys from China for 15 euros with pinlock, and it's amazing
