Tested during light running and cycling, phone, keys, and ID stay securely in place. I still need to try it with a 500ml bottle. My only concern is how well it will hold up to frequent washing (in cold water, of course).

First time I got such a belt and I truly believe there is nothing better in this category. I got the M-L size and for my measurements (73kg and height 1.73) it fits me like a glove. When I tried it, I was impressed by how tight it is, but then I understood why—it doesn't squeeze my waist but is also made so that whatever things you carry don't move around. You can put a bottle, phone, ANYTHING else you want and you will have no problem, on the contrary, NO ONE will notice the weight you are carrying and you won't be bothered at all. 5/5 and for its price, the best!

It is incredibly convenient and is durable and lightweight. I also carry my phone with me, which is quite large (iPhone 15 pro max).

As the previous reviewers mentioned, it is a tool belt for every runner, you put your phone in the back and side pockets, where you have easy access without zippers, and in front, there's a 500 ml flask (when it's full, it gives you the feeling that it wobbles, but if you take 2-3 sips, you hardly notice it. Now I haven't tried putting a baton in yet, although that was the main reason I bought it

The belt is excellent and is essential for running, especially in the mountains. It doesn't move, it doesn't bother at all, it holds quite a few things; I put 2 water bottles of 0.5 lt and one of 0.25 + phone + keys, headphones, a couple of bars or gel comfortably. The quality seems very good.

Excellent alternative with plenty of space for phone, keys, etc.. You forget that you are carrying things on you. I highly recommend it!

Flawless running belt, very convenient pockets without zippers where nothing can possibly fall out.

I received the belt and tried it immediately on a relaxed 6km run. I was thrilled because having used waist bags and armbands for many runs, short and long distances, with the belt I intentionally put my phone and keys and it felt like I had nothing on me. I definitely recommend it! The only thing I would like to mention is that it didn't say anywhere if there is a size, so when I ordered, I simply got the belt which is quite tight and difficult to put on. Of course, that's also the point for it to stay stable on the waist. But I don't know how easily it would fit on someone slimmer than me. Also, as you sweat, the belt sweats too, although it dries easily and doesn't transfer to the things inside, but regardless of what you wear, you will sweat during long distances.

If you are a runner, you must get this belt, period. Excellent quality and fit, I don't go for a workout without it.

I went according to the company's measurements, waist 73, hip circumference 101, and I got a M/L. Unfortunately, it feels like it goes up and down, especially on downhill slopes, and it keeps going up instead of staying in place. I think it's wrong to suggest measuring the hip bones because it doesn't stay there. Maybe it would have been better with a small size, pay attention to the number. On hot days, it gets sweaty, but relatively little moisture passed through to the mobile phone.
