  • Perfect flaxseed flour, it is quite finely ground and has very small pieces and does not have a fishy taste like the brown one.

    It is not advertised as golden flaxseed (which is the one that doesn't smell and has a neutral taste) but its taste is that of golden flaxseed.

    I take it out of its packaging and put it in an airtight glass container and store it in the fridge for safety.

    I use it for keto bread and other low-carb recipes and it does its job wonderfully. It also has the lowest price at 4.1 euros per kilo.
