DDR5-5600 CL46 SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) module 2G x 64-bit (16GB), type 1Rx8, based on eight FBGA components of 2G x 8-bit each.

  • The SPD is programmed according to JEDEC standards for DDR5-5600 timings with a latency of 46-45-45 at 1.1V. Each 288-pin DIMM uses gold-plated contact surfaces.
