So brothers, let's get to it. They were bought on 19-12-23, first time Brooks, a lifetime of Saucony, and last year first time Puma.
The shoe is the one named by the mother company, elite... let's talk simply and not with fanfare.
If you do interval training from 03:30 to 04:25, get it. If you want to run a 10K in under 43 minutes, get it and so on.
Otherwise, go get another shoe that is slower.
Don't wear it for slow runs, the shoe is designed for speed, the faster you go, the faster it will go. You won't get hurt if you run it at 05:00, but if you have a Ferrari and drive it at 50, you won't enjoy it. So, not for slow runners, not for people with musculoskeletal problems, not if you don't go fast. Hard sole due to the carbon plate (not bothersome), especially for someone like me who has some issues with the soles. The shoe takes you, but then it adjusts to your feet. I ran a demanding interval yesterday and it kept me upright, first day I bought them without walking in them at all and nothing bothered me.
I can say it's a very good shoe, honest for its price of 158€.
I give it 4 out of 5 stars because I don't know it well and it's just the beginning, I will come back after a few kilometers.
