The Polti Forzaspira D-Power SR550 is a powerful rechargeable, battery-operated vacuum cleaner with dual functionality: stick floor vacuum and portable electric vacuum.     However, the main problem is the lack of service in Greece and that the battery broke after 8 months of use. Since no replacement part was found (not even for purchase from abroad) and although it was under warranty, the store could not undertake the repair, so I had to return it and fortunately it is under Skroutz warranty and I was able to do that.
