The Horecabar digital probe cooking thermometer measures the temperature of food and liquids, with a reading time of 4–6 seconds. The probe is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, and the calibration function helps ensure accurate measurements.

The temperature is displayed on a large LCD screen with a backlight that stays on for 5 seconds. The thermometer switches off automatically after 10 minutes without a reading and can be attached using the built-in magnet or hung from the hanging hole. It is waterproof with an IP67 protection rating and has an ABS plastic body. It is suitable for meat, fish, milk, candy, and liquids, as well as for use with barbecues, ovens, and smokers.
