The slow absorption of casein allows the protein to be absorbed gradually over a longer period, maintaining a steady flow of amino acids to the muscles for a longer time. As a result, muscle breakdown is reduced, achieving the building of stronger muscles.

You dissolve it in milk or water and if you don't drink it within a minute, it thickens and turns into a cream, making it impossible to drink afterwards. Also, it caused us stomach disturbances. Needless to say, I will not buy it again! For now, I am trying to finish the package by putting it in cake. In cake, it gives a very nice taste. We all like it
