Instructions for Use

Adults and children 12 years and older:

  • Apply a pea-sized amount of cream to a soft-bristled toothbrush.
  • Brush daily, twice a day and no more than three times, for at least 1 minute each time, minimizing swallowing and rinsing. Be sure to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth.

Children under 12 years:

  • Not to be used by children under 12 years of age unless recommended by a dentist or doctor.

    Shame!!!! Sensodyne has ruined its products.... I bought two or three from the company I used to be a fan of, and they have all turned blue like jelly, and offer no protection for the teeth... It's like I'm not even brushing them.... If I could give a minus star, I would.. they are simply awful... additionally, you have to use a lot of it and still nothing, zero protection... how did the company fall so low? Of course, I changed brands... until they bring back the old white pastes, I'm done with Sensodyne....
