          It is not athletic so obviously it is not as comfortable... Indeed, the sole is non-slip. I have had it for 5 months and so far it has not suffered anything. Most athletic shoes I would tear apart within 3 months due to work or the dog would eat them. They have been tested by the dog and nothing serious happened! I will choose them again. I had no problem with the size.
