It is equipped with 7 analog and 6 digital inputs, enough to connect almost all source components. It supports high-resolution digital music up to DSD256 and DXD 384kHz through an 8-channel, 32-bit/192kHz digital-to-analog converter (DAC) used in Quad Balanced mode.

Includes McIntosh technologies such as Home Theater PassThru, bass and treble controls, a high-power headphone amplifier with Headphone Crossfeed Director (HXD®), and Power Control.
