    For someone just starting out, it is fantastic.

    I clean the limescale with water and vinegar.
    I run it for 3 hours (without the cats drinking) and the limescale goes away. The pump filter also needs cleaning.

    The cats drink at least 45'' of water so it's worth offering them at least clean and recycled water.
