Description

The chopping board by Estia is the ideal solution for home equipment, for chopping or dicing anything needed during meal preparation. It is made from bamboo, a material that makes it lightweight and durable, but it is not suitable for the dishwasher.

For Cleaning

To thoroughly clean the chopping board, it is recommended to scrub it with undiluted white vinegar after use. To keep the wooden surface in excellent condition, prefer to cut with gentle movements and use a special, food-safe oil for its maintenance.

General instructions:

When preparing a recipe, it is recommended to prepare the vegetables first and then the raw meat if you plan to use the same surface. At the end, thoroughly wash the cutting surface.

When I forget and it gets warped, I wet both sides, clump it on a flat surface and when it dries it's back to it new condition.
