Unfortunately, it broke down quickly. It does not unlock with the correct code. It had to be cut. It's a shame, it caused us trouble.

Maybe it was accidental but that was my experience.

I had this lock about a week I got it with the scooter xiaomi 4 lite for a good cheap price I had no problems with the code unlocking it and locking it and also it fits the scooter very well the quality for it price extremely good I will say and I saw other reviews saying I can’t change the code read the manually it says how to do it and it is very easy also

This lock, within 20 days of getting it and having used it only 3 times, simply locked up and I can't unlock it no matter what. Tragic.

I struggled to change the code and after a while it got stuck and wouldn't unclip. The materials are good quality, but I had to buy a similar one from another brand within two months.

(edit) After 3 days of having it, the lock stopped working with the code I had set. I cynically sent it in for warranty, but I don't think they will replace it for me, and from what I've seen, other users have this problem too. Stay away!!!

With combination locks, an experienced person can figure out the combination in a quiet place and with a little time, depending on the resistance of each button as it gets closer to the correct combination. High-quality locks do not have this flaw.
Attention: It is very easy to accidentally change the code to a random one and not realize it. I made that mistake. I cut the chain with a cutter in 30 seconds to get my scooter.

The Xiaomi lock is very high quality with thick steel 1200mm.

The 5-digit code provides extra security and the reset process is easy.

I hope it won't need to prove its durability, but for now it seems like a good choice.
