The Citronic 173.650UK external audio interface connects to a computer via USB and is designed for studio recording and use with a DAW. It has two independent XLR/jack microphone inputs with gain and mute controls, as well as a separate 6.3 mm instrument input. The +48 V phantom power can be switched on and off for the XLR inputs, and a built-in echo effect has its own control.

Audio can be monitored via the 6.3 mm stereo headphone output or through the L+R RCA line outputs for connecting speakers. The USB-C interface transfers two-way digital audio and supplies 5 V DC power. A 1.5 m USB-C to USB-A cable is included.
