TOMATO PASTE 150G BIO

Based on selected organic farming tomatoes from the northern part of Italy, tomato paste is an ingredient made from tomatoes and is useful in cooking. The preparation of the paste involves removing the liquids from the tomatoes and peeling them. Then, the tomato pulp is heated again until the liquids evaporate and is then placed in the oven with herbs. What remains is the tomato paste.

The tomato paste can be used as a spread on bread or for stewed dishes.
