Ways to Maintain the Quality of Wood:

• Do not use the dishwasher.
• Before the first use, clean it with warm water (65°C) and liquid soap, then rinse with plenty of water.
• After each use, always clean it with water and soap, rinse well, and dry so that the wood does not stay wet for too long.
• After rinsing, place it in a vertical position and store it once it has completely dried.
• Regularly apply olive oil for extra care. Apply and let it sit overnight to absorb.
• Vinegar disinfects wood naturally.
• For frequent disinfection, we recommend placing the wood at 65°C for a few minutes (e.g., oven air).
