The teaching series Vielfalt guides through two slim volumes at each level. Volume B2.1 contains the first 12 chapters of level B2. Each of the four thematic units of the book starts with a short film, where the protagonists of the three chapters of the unit present the relevant and multifaceted topics of their daily lives.

A wide variety of digital and analog topics reflects the broad spectrum of the language. Each chapter in the Student's Book consists of four pages. The material is systematically presented through three different categories:

• Vocabulary
• Grammar
• Communication

For each chapter, there is a short film and a brief explanatory video clip that visually presents the respective grammatical phenomenon, facilitating its learning.

Each thematic unit also includes the EXTRA BERUF pages with topics from the workplace and concludes with images and texts on a multifaceted subject that presents linguistic, as well as cultural interest.

The exercise book contains, in addition to a variety of exercises, a systematic review of already known vocabulary and grammatical phenomena, interesting topics for practicing written language, and at the end of each chapter a short self-assessment test.

Depending on the result, there is the option for consolidation or enrichment of the material through interactive exercises based on the needs of each student. Each thematic unit in the exercise book concludes with preparation material for the exams of the respective level.

At the end of the book, there is a concise presentation of grammar, essential vocabulary, and expressive means, as well as an alphabetical presentation of additional cooperation methods in the lesson, which enhance interaction and communication among the students.
