I give it four stars only because I was using the old one from zero up to two months and now that we are using the two-month one + its nipples are the same, the only difference is the plastic around it which is bigger. It is a lightweight pacifier and the baby just accepted it. I just use another brand that is from zero to six months and its nipple is smaller and the baby holds it better
