    It needs modification to even fit on a man's wrist as it is huge. The yellow element was missing and we were notified to choose a different fastening. As soon as you try to adjust it, the fastening comes off immediately. The metal element is of poor quality. Overall, a product to avoid. It definitely isn't worth the money and I deeply regret choosing it.
