After many reviews, I ended up with this specific product from Razer. I have been using ergonomic gaming mice for years (Logitech G502, Zowie EC2, Razer Mamba, Razer Deathadder Elite) and I can say that this mouse is their evolution.
Dimensions:
It is aimed at those with medium to large hands, ideal for palm/claw grip style (those who use the Razer Deathadder/Viper mini for fingertip grip will find it large) and compared to the previous Deathadder v1, v2, it is narrower.
Ergonomics:
Very close in feel to the Zowie EC2 but lighter (about 20gr lighter).
Weight:
Ideal and comfortable, and with the addition of grips, it feels like a glove. I don't feel the cable at all.
Construction:
Really sturdy without any strange sounds no matter where you press it.
In conclusion, in my personal opinion, it is the equivalent of the Logitech Pro X Superlight in terms of ergonomic gaming mice.

At first, everything was fine, everything was rosy! (I even believed that Razer had gotten serious!?) After 1 year, the classic Razer issues started, with the middle click working 1/10 times and the side buttons having been "pressed" inwards. It's a shame because, due to the positive reviews on YouTube, I had formed the wrong opinion. I must mention, however, that the optical switches are indeed amazing and the main buttons still feel nice, but it's unacceptable to have such wear after just one year at this price range (€70 at the time). (Let me add that I had a SteelSeries Rival 310 for 6 years, and the mid-click still works on it.) In conclusion, after 11 years with the original DeathAdder, I made the mistake of choosing its successor again... NEVER AGAIN RAZER

Until Razer releases the V4 Wired or Viper Wired (and Mini), this will be the best and most value-for-money mouse from Razer.
59 grams, 8K Polling Rate, flexible cable, ergonomic new design, very lightweight for an ergonomic mouse of its size with no holes at all.
Zero problems personally, excellent performance and build quality (according to my own experience).

If you are not interested in Wireless (personally, I am not), I believe that for an ergonomic mouse, it is by far the BEST choice. The investment is worth it.
If you want a smaller mouse, since the Viper does not exist in a Wired version like the Deathadder, look for Endgame Gear.

It obviously has some hardware (?) issue because it keeps shutting down (you can even hear the characteristic sound when you disconnect something from the USB port). While searching, I found out that it is a known issue that many people have. Whoever is "lucky" enough to get a defective one is out of luck! At least if you find the position that the cable likes or you don't lift it with force from the mousepad, it has no problem and works normally (that's why it gets 2 stars).

I have been looking for a mouse that is comfortable for large hands for a while, and it has worked out quite well for me. Very good, very lightweight, the grips on the bottom are also convenient for those who do not have a mousepad and use it on a surface with painted wood

Comfortable in hand and lightweight without tiring me out with daily use. Its battery is quite satisfactory; I forget that it needs charging. Unfortunately, the wheel broke within 1 year of purchase and it is quite annoying in daily use or gaming. When I try to scroll up or down, it either stays still or goes in the opposite direction.

Very good mouse. Durable for gaming, excellent in both weight and accuracy for those who are competitive players in various games. The only downside is that it doesn't have RGB lights, but this personally doesn't bother me much because I'm interested in having good durability and accuracy in movements. It is definitely value for money for those looking for a durable mouse, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone

Coming from the Deathadder V2, for me the mouse is a downgrade!
    -POSITIVES
    Lighter than its predecessor
    -NEGATIVES
    1) They REMOVED the RGB from the mouse, you just have a black thing!
    2) The V2 had two buttons for adjusting DPI behind the wheel, one button increased speed and the other decreased, well they decided to remove them and put ONE button on the bottom of the mouse that changes color with each click and increases DPI speed until you find what suits you!
    3) Its price, when it first came out in a large chain, cost 80 euros while the V2 had been bought earlier for 60
In conclusion, it was bought out of necessity at the moment thinking that the V2 wasn't working but in the end, IT IS a beast and I am using it again!

Maybe a bit light, and it will be challenging if you come from a heavier mouse (like I did from the g502)
However, it is very high quality and after about 2 weeks it has become an extension of my hand.

Very good mouse in terms of shape, but what can I do when the scroll wheel doesn't work properly... After a year, the scroll wheel can't distinguish scroll up from down, and sometimes when I scroll up, it scrolls down, which is quite bad, especially for a mouse that costs 90 euros (price when I bought it). I have spent a total of 200 euros on Razer mice and I continue to be disappointed. What's going on, Razer?

  • FINALLY, the good, the genuine, the right gaming mouse. I had the DeathAdder Elite, DeathAdder V2, and DeathAdder V2 Essential, all of them were perfect and during the time I had them, they had no issues. Until I decided to switch to the Razer Viper, big mistake!!!!!.. I won't mention its flaws here, but I returned to the DeathAdder with the V3, and I have to say to those who have doubts about whether the mouse will perform or not, there is only one solution!!!!

I had Deathadder v1 and v2, I was planning to move away from Razer because the previous ones really annoyed me with the poor build quality, finally after a lot of searching I gave Razer another chance and it did not disappoint me, by far the best mouse they have ever made, I have been using it for a long time and it has no issues with either the scroll wheel or the plastics, the sensor is even better than before while it was already the best on the market, they managed to make it perfect, out of the Razer products I have tried many, really the most quality one so far they have made

Lightweight without giving a cheap feeling, the sensor is precise and detects even the slightest movement. In Synapse, it has settings for X and Y that help with recoil in FPS games, 8000 polling rate, 30K DPI. However, it does not have RGB and I don't understand the reason... the ultimate gaming mouse

Always judging based on what suits the specific frame on a mouse, anyone using a different type of mouse cannot have an opinion. I have been using Deathadder for the past 12-13 years and as soon as I bought it, I said, "Whatever comes out after this, I am covered 100%, even if the next one is better, it is very difficult to find a tremendous difference!" It's like cracking the code! 59g literally connects the ms of your muscles with the mouse!

Great mouse. Lightweight! Rolls nicely. Excellent sensor.

BUT! The scroll wheel is somewhat mediocre overall and especially its click (specifically the de-pression / reset) is very slow for me. It gives you a feeling that it’s rubbery or that it has too much travel, resulting in me not being able to spam as I want! Maybe over time it will get used to...

Comfortable in hand and lightweight without tiring me out with daily use. Its battery is quite satisfactory; I forget that it needs charging. Unfortunately, the wheel broke within 1 year of purchase and it is quite annoying in daily use or gaming. When I try to scroll up or down, it either stays still or goes in the opposite direction.

after a year of careful use it started to lag and the cursor would often disappear even though I changed ports and uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers

After a year, the wheel broke, unacceptable for a mouse that you pay a premium for! Logitech next!

Unfortunately, it developed a problem with the wheel after 1 and a half years. Do not buy it.

I have had it for about 5 months, quite satisfied, I remain cautious as the V2's washer doesn't last very long!

  • The buttons on the side broke very easily, unlike the V2 which is heavier for me but not a dog. I wouldn't recommend them, you can find something better and more durable.

Very lightweight mouse, comfortable in the hand with very smooth gliding on the mousepad. I had also bought the V2, which had a problem with the scroll wheel. Fortunately, I haven't encountered any issues at all with the V3. I am absolutely satisfied, I highly recommend it.

It is worth every penny if you don't mind the fact that it doesn't have LED. It is a very lightweight and fast Razer mouse. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a lightweight value for money Razer mouse.

  • It is very comfortable to hold just like its predecessor. Let's hope it won't have issues with the rolling washer as soon as the warranty expires like the v2.

Super light and ergonomic. I don't care that it doesn't have RGB, only the DPI change is in a weird spot (on the bottom). I don't regret a second of buying it and I would buy it again if it broke today.

  • The mouse is excellent, the sensor is very good, I use palm grip and it suits me. The lack of RGB is a disadvantage, but it doesn't matter. The clicks are normal and when I move the mouse, it glides smoothly. I believe that the mouse is worth its money because it has been around for about a year since its release

  • Until Razer releases the V4 Wired or Viper Wired (and Mini), this will be the best and most value-for-money mouse from Razer.
