JT gears are manufactured with the highest quality materials:

• Aviation-grade 7075-T6 aluminum alloy for lightweight racing gears
• Chromoly steel alloy SCM420 for the front gears
• High-carbon content steel C49 for the rear gears

Each gear undergoes 25 production stages and 10 quality control checks before leaving the factory, and the manufacturing unit has achieved the highest European quality standards.
