Description

Traverse Air Walker GO FI T Shin Splint. Made of solid polypropylene material. Features removable and adhesive foam lining, which covers the entire interior surface of the ankle. It is hypoallergenic and anti-sweat.

Front surface anatomically designed from polypropylene for maximum stability. Two adhesive fastening straps. Sole with anatomic 'Rocker Bottom' design for shock absorption.

It has two air intake-exhaust systems (left - right) for reducing and treating edema - hemarthrosis. Air is introduced with the large button and expelled with the small one. The foam cushion is optionally used in the Achilles tendon area for better fit. Splint height 45cm. Ambidextrous.

Indications:

  • Conservative and postoperative in: Type II ankle sprain
  • Stable-transverse fracture of 5th metatarsal base
  • Fractures of cuneiform-cuboid
  • Diaphysis fracture of 2nd, 3rd, 4th metatarsal
  • Heel fracture
  • Tarsal fracture
  • Type III ligament and tendon injuries

    One of the best boots, it fits comfortably with just three fastenings, it inflates easily with the double air bladders providing stability to the foot and the heel has a soft EVA sole to absorb the impact from walking, making the use of such a boot relatively more comfortable. Traverse Air Walker by Aspen Medical Products, the next best option is the Airstep® Walker, the REBOUND PNEUMATIC WALKER, and the AIR SELECT PNEUMATIC WALKER, but unfortunately, when I needed to purchase it, none of the FULL ROCKER BOTTOM options were available in the market. However, the Traverse Air Walker leaves you very satisfied with its use to the point that you don't need something much more expensive, at least for small metatarsal fractures, as it closely resembles the ergonomic design of the AIR SELECT.
