I just got it yesterday, owner of redmi 12 c 4gb ram 128 rom. It is of course inferior in features to the previous one I had, poco x3 nfc, but for the 122 euros I paid, it is a very decent phone. For now, the only negative is the low screen resolution, but you get what you pay for and I'm already used to it. Although it is not suitable for games, it had 4-5 pre-installed ones which I removed as soon as I opened the phone, since I never play games. The battery lasts for several hours with the screen on. I highly recommend it for someone who wants a phone for everyday use without spending too much money. Don't waste your money on materialistic things, times are tough. If I see something negative, I will come back. The photos were taken as soon as I opened the box.
Simply put, in 20 days the battery has issues and drops from 80% to 20% overnight while I'm sleeping. Ridiculous OTX!!
I have had it for 10 months. At first, it was super fast, a bullet. Now it lags to a desperate degree. In my opinion, it is not worth the money. Maybe you should spend a bit more in the end to get a phone that will make you proud and, most importantly: will not disappoint your expectations.
Everything is good with the phone; it has a fairly large battery to last you through the day. Normal camera and software. Just what you need for a daily use phone. The only negative is that after 1 year of use, it started to lag a bit
For the money and for simple use, it is good. For surfing and gaming, it doesn't last the day. Lately, it has been having some glitches. The screen freezes. The screen turns off by itself, the lighting. I'm thinking of returning it for inspection before the warranty expires! Without much use, the battery runs out before I finish the day.
For the first time, I regret buying a mobile phone. You press to unlock it, and it takes 2-3 minutes just for that. Also, even without files and additional applications, the storage space is NOT enough to perform a software upgrade. I really wonder why they released it to the market.
I've had the phone for a year, the problems are quite a lot. Every time I turn it on, I have to wait at least 10 minutes before I can, for example, make a call. The touch is slow and it's bad. I'd prefer to spend 300 to get something better
I believe it is the worst Xiaomi I have purchased, I am not bothered by the quality of the photos, videos, sound, or screen for the price I mean, the worst of all are its freezes especially after the update to hyper os, I have had it for about a year, I do not regret it because of its price.

Well, I got the mobile phone in 2024 as my first mobile phone, very good, the only negative thing I saw is that they did not give me a case or charger, only the cable was inside and many instructions, I expected to have a case, for which reason they show that it has a case that they put it while it is not true unacceptable.
I bought the mobile phone for my mother, her usage is mainly as a phone, meaning calls, messages, and Viber, maybe even a few photos. With this usage, the battery lasts for 3-4 days. I wanted something cheap with a long battery life. It does exactly what I was looking for.
I am not a demanding user and therefore I always buy budget smartphones. This particular one is the only purchase I regret. Almost every day it requires backup and restore. It freezes and behaves as if controlled remotely by someone else (in other words, it opens applications on its own and has even sent messages by itself). "Experts" claim that the problem arises due to incompatibility with "western" digital platforms. Regular screen freezes, requiring screen deactivation - reactivation or even restart. I often hear my interlocutor, but they cannot hear me. I have to hang up and redial. A serious problem in pressure situations due to emergencies. In combination with the poor signal quality of my company in the area where I reside, the situation sometimes becomes nightmarish. It has nothing to do with a flaw in this phone that I hold in my hands. I had bought 2 at the same time, one for my spouse. Exactly the same problems.
It is strongly not recommended for professionals. Better with the ....... magnetic phone of the Army.

The worst mobile phone I have ever bought, I threw my money in the trash. The phone freezes incredibly, I do not recommend it to you!!!
I bought this device for my mother, it has nothing to do with the previous model she had from the same company. The Xiaomi Redmi 9 (€150) was worth the money and more, a very good value for money device. It is much better to choose this model over spending the same amount of money on a Samsung device. In this budget range, around €150, if you are choosing between Samsung and Xiaomi, choose Xiaomi. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the specific device, the Xiaomi Redmi 12C, because it is a disaster. Maybe it could be an ideal choice for older people, but this particular device does not even meet the basic and obvious requirements. The Xiaomi software is a mess and it shows why many people avoid devices from this company. It has excessive bloatware, the typical unjustifiably loaded Xiaomi software that will make your life difficult. I was expecting that with this budget, I may not have high expectations for things like a good camera, video, or exceptional sound, but at least I should be able to play videos from my gallery without being forced into the device's strange paths that even the company itself does not know why it does it. You try to play a simple video from your gallery and you can't. What could be simpler to ask for? Again, I didn't have crazy expectations for this budget, but I relied on the ease and simplicity that this device could have for its price, for very basic functions for someone who is not into social media and photography but is also not unfamiliar with technology and wants to be able to record and watch their own videos in their gallery undisturbed. Even this is not possible. First of all, when I was setting up this device for my mother and configuring it with her personal accounts, etc., I saw and experienced it. I couldn't find where everything was, it literally exhausted me, and I'm a 20-year-old girl who is fully familiar with technology. Now imagine this for someone who is older and wants something simple and easy with all the necessary functions of a budget smartphone. It is not possible to want to play a video from your gallery and be taken to a completely different playback environment to watch it, which looks very much like TikTok. Why would a company do this? Why should I be forced to consume foreign content, irrelevant information, and unrelated people every time I want to watch something personal in my gallery? It's like being forced to watch random videos. It's a big flaw. Its software is very bad. It forces you to go down paths that you could avoid. If I wanted to watch irrelevant videos from random people, I would download TikTok. I don't want that. I want to watch my own videos. Just for this reason alone, even for someone older who doesn't have high expectations, I don't think it's worth buying. Go for something better. I don't know if all devices from this company operate with this philosophy, but if they do, run away. It's like it's taking control of your own device, you don't have freedom in using your device. Even to open a pdf file, it takes you wherever it wants. I won't even mention other weaknesses like low speed and overall performance, it freezes randomly and overall it's a very bad device but even these would be acceptable if it wasn't for this terrible software. Even if the phone was on fire, I would still tell you not to waste your money on it.
If you don't want to switch companies, maybe spend a little more money and find a better model because there are definitely better options out there. Also, if you don't want to go over budget, maybe invest in a better option like a One Plus or something similar in the 150-200€ range.
Forgive me for the lengthy review, but if I can prevent even one person from wasting 115€ on this thing, I am willing to do it.

In the first update it made, it created a problem. It could not restart on its own.
I could not open it again. It displayed a small box in the middle of the closed screen, saying it is corrupted and will shut down in 5 seconds.
Many of its functions have been confused or incorrect since then.
For example, sometimes it has call history, sometimes not, and eventually, at some point, it stopped having it altogether.
For example, it has changed ring tones on some numbers from my contacts on its own.

The battery, after only 2.5 months of operation, starts to require more frequent charging.
I had a lot of difficulty reopening it the first time it restarted and the same thing happened every time it shut down by mistake.
Of course, I have avoided restarting it because I do not know if it will reopen.
I've had the phone for a little less than a year and it's been a month since the wallpaper that I installed came off and the wallpaper turned black, this happened twice but for the money it's worth it.
It works internet photos videos 7 months after night non-stop. Downside slow charging and not very good screen. For the price it is now, it is top. Samsung potatoes. Buy it without fear. Rating 8/10
It refers to the 4/128GB version, with huge storage that can reach up to 1TB with a micro SD. I have installed a 512GB micro SD, upgraded to Android 14, hyper OS. The device works flawlessly in all aspects, with great battery life, NFC, and Wi-Fi. I have had it for 7 months, it is very impressive and reliable

As a former Redmi 8 owner, I am trying to be objective in my review but I am struggling to find positives. Apart from the faster speed, larger screen, and NFC (which rarely doesn't respond), there are issues with the camera and sometimes with connectivity. It definitely surpasses the 8 in that aspect. However, the worst part is its battery. The rest I could overlook. After 6 months, it needs to be charged every day as it drops to half capacity. Emergency solutions I apply are disabling location from the menu and activating battery saving mode, which interrupts incoming message notifications. Considering how quickly its battery declined, I suspect it was pre-set that way. The next mobile phone will have a 10,000mAh battery.

A mediocre phone for simple use. Much inferior to the redmi note 8 I had before. Bad purchase choice for a later model. Cheaper, yes, but worse. I only recommend it for beginners

Purchased for light everyday use by an elderly person. It has been used for several months without any problems or complaints whatsoever. A very good choice for the money and for this type of use.
I had the Redmi Note 5 for 5 years and I was very satisfied with it. The phone had no issues but I needed to replace it immediately because I accidentally damaged the charging port and I couldn't be without a phone until it was replaced.
In the city where I was, there were few options for stores and I ended up buying the Redmi 12 C NFC Dual SIM (4GB/128GB) Ocean Blue from a well-known chain at a significantly higher price than the average price one can find on skroutz.
It turned out to be a wrong choice (haste is never a good advisor) because:
The battery drains very quickly (with minimal usage, it drops below 20% in less than 24 hours).
The wifi is below average, which is especially noticeable in video calls, as well as the quality of the photos. In other words, the device is not worth the money I spent on it.
Perhaps it would be worth it (again, under many conditions) if someone buys it at the lowest price they can find on skroutz.
One of the best phones I have ever bought...since 2010 when I started using smartphones...I recommend it to everyone for everything...button response...video...speed...applications, everything is excellent...only slightly lacking in the power of the speaker...
I had bought it for €136.9, it is quite good for its price. The front camera is not very good for both photos and videos, but the back one takes very good photos and videos. The battery is quite good, I would say. Although it is quite fast in my opinion and handles the applications well, sometimes an application may not respond correctly and have minor glitches and require a restart of the application, but nothing serious. For games like sudoku and word search, it is good, but generally, I would not recommend it for heavy games or prolonged gaming because I have noticed that the battery heats up quickly. Personally, I do not play heavy games on this mobile. For calls, social media usage, and light games like sudoku, I would recommend it. The only negative thing it had shown me within 4 months was the voice not being audible even though I had the volume up and it required a restart. It has not done it again since then. Personally, for its price, I would recommend it, I have been quite satisfied. The stars are as many due to overall and personal opinion in relation to my usage.
an ok mobile. It is decent for its price, I chose it mainly for the low price and NFC. As for its functions, it's ok for calls, messages, and social media. I would say it's a bit restrictive for games. It can play the very basic pre-installed games. I would say the biggest drawback is the 32GB memory, it comes with very little free space, so I had to delete some of the pre-installed ones that I don't need in order to install updates and applications. Another drawback is the charging cable, which is micro USB and not the standard type-C. Overall, for its price, it's a mobile that will get you through the day for basic calls, messages, banking apps, social media, and email. So, I recommend it to someone who wants the absolute basics without spending a lot of money, just make sure to buy a micro SD card of at least 64GB if you choose the 32GB model
I recently got it, as a nice mobile phone, but the ONLY bad thing (which I didn't know would exist!!) is the ADVERTISEMENTS!!!! IT SHOWS ADVERTISEMENTS EVERYWHERE I CLICK ON THE PHONE!!!!! IT'S UNBEARABLE!!!!!! IT EVEN SHOWS ADVERTISEMENTS IN VIDEO CALLS!!!!! No one uses the phone anymore, it just sits there closed! It's a shame, I didn't expect something like this from Xiaomi!!
