    It had small hands that didn't fit the large wall clock, so I improvised by using hands from the old mechanism. They didn't fit exactly, but with a pair of pliers and a little adjustment, I fixed it. The mechanism works great. I should have gotten it earlier - I didn't know there were standalone mechanisms. I had the clock out of order for 2 years.
