The Rycote microphone flags are made from durable molded plastic, avoiding the use of fragile sponges for adjusting the microphone to the flag. Inside the flag, there is a series of red and black elastic and durable fins that secure the flag around the microphone.

• When all black and red fins are installed, the flag securely holds microphones with a diameter of 19 to 32 mm. For microphones with a diameter of up to 38 mm, the user opens the flag cover and removes the black fins, creating more space.
