The Hoya Prond Ex 1000 58mm filter reduces the amount of light passing through the lens by 10 stops. The ProND EX 1000 filter uses Hoya's ACCU-ND technology, which prevents color shift and ensures consistent image quality. ACCU-ND provides equal light reduction in the visible and infrared spectrum, avoiding color changes under different outdoor conditions.

It has a 58 mm thread on both the front and rear sides, allowing for stacking additional ND filters or attaching a lens cap or other filter.
