Very bright, very sharp even at 1.2, nice contrast, and generally a very nice character for a lens. Aperture ring and with a little patience if you get used to how, since Fuji cameras have their own AF/MF button, the corresponding switch on the lens is unnecessary. Weather sealed!!! and firmware upgradable with USB type C.

The lens is razor sharp. I use it on a Fujifilm XT-5. I researched a lot before settling on this one and I think I made the best choice I could make. Very bright, very sharp even at 1.2, nice contrast, and generally a very nice character for a lens. Aperture ring and with a little patience if you get used to how, since Fuji cameras have their own AF/MF button, the corresponding switch on the lens is unnecessary. Weather sealed!!! and firmware upgradable with USB type C.
Yes, there are 2 main negatives. First, it is heavy. It’s not easy for everyday use or for street photography (yes, a zoom lens is not advisable, but I really enjoyed it). Second and more importantly, FLARING. For me, this is not part of the character as some reviewers claim. In some cases, it’s just a bonus. You will struggle in certain specific lighting conditions.
Anyway, it is a serious tool for its price and for the build quality and the results you will get! Better than the mother company.

Το έψαξα πολύ πριν καταλήξω σε αυτόν και νομίζω έκανα την καλύτερη επιλογή που μπορούσα να κανω.
Πολύ φωτεινός, πολύς οξύς ακόμα και στο 1.2 , ωραίο κοντραστ και γενικά πολύ ωραίος χαρακτήρας φακού. Aperture ring και με λίγη υπομονή αν συνηθίσεις πως επειδη οι fuji μηχανές έχουν δικό τους κουμπι AF/MF , ο αντίστοιχος διακόπτης στο φακό είναι περιττός.

Ναι υπάρχουν 2 βασικά αρνητικά.
Αρχικά είναι βαρύς. Δεν είναι για κάθε μέρα ευκολα η για street (ναι ενας φακός zoom δεν ενδείκνυται αλλά πραγματικά τον ευχαριστήθηκα)
Δεύτερον και βασικότερο. FLARING. αυτό για μένα δεν είναι στον χαρακτήρα όπως κάποιοι reviewers υποστηρίζουν. Σε κάποιες περιπτώσεις είναι μπονους απλά. Θα δυσκολευτείτε σε κάποιες συγκεκριμένες συνθήκες φωτισμού.
Όπως και να έχει, αποτελεί σοβαρό εργαλείο για την τιμή του και για την ποιότητα κατασκευής και το απότέλεσμα που θα λάβετε! καλύτερο και απο τη μαμα εταιρεία.
