UPDATE:
With the latest update (version THA33.31-40), the following problem has been resolved. So, I will simply leave the original review for historical and practical reasons (e.g. for someone to know what problem they may encounter when purchasing the phone or any Motorola device in general, for all owners to proceed with the update, etc.).
The rating is now four (4) stars objectively for the phone, but of course, the whole story lasted for 3 months and more - kudos to my mother's patience in using it (but also the terrible customer service from 3rd party stores in such cases... no discussion about refunding or immediately replacing the device).
In short: the problem with the calls no longer exists (with update version THA33.31-40), the phone is a decent affordable device, and I will not buy Motorola again (at least for the next few years). Whoever gets burned by it...

!!! ATTENTION TO ANYONE CONSIDERING PURCHASING !!! READ THIS !!!
I bought the phone for my mother and set it up myself (transferring data from Samsung S9+). At first glance, the phone seems very satisfactory for its price (165 euros) - acceptable quality, very fast (8GB RAM), and with "clean android" / without bloatware, good screen with the 90Hz display, good camera, not tested for gaming and won't be used for that, but okay for everything else...
!!! BUT... !!!
The phone has a SERIOUS KNOWN problem that no one mentions in the reviews (if it hasn't happened to others, then all is well... otherwise, write an update, guys!).
During a call, and seemingly at random times and locations, the sound stops working for the owner. Meaning, you stop hearing the person you're talking to, while they can still hear you (their microphone works fine) and the call continues normally. So far, it has happened in about 70% of the calls, as I mentioned in different locations and at different times (e.g. sometimes it happens after 1 minute of the call, the last time it happened after 6:30 minutes of the call), but always shortly.
The problem is known in the forum, and the moderators have suspiciously stopped being active in the discussion - see here (with relevant complaints from users):

I will try two possible solutions I found online in the next few days and will update - but until then, 1 STAR AND BEWARE TO ANYONE CONSIDERING PURCHASING!!!
Edit: I have tried every relevant or "random" solution I found on any forum, regardless of what is written in the above link (official Lenovo/Motorola forum). No progress, the problem persists. The 1* rating remains, and I seriously recommend AVOIDING THE PURCHASE of this phone. Also, I cannot verify it, but users in the above forum claim that it happens with other phones in the series as well - so be careful.

Με το τελευταίο update (version THA33.31-40) το παρακάτω πρόβλημα λύθηκε. Οπότε αφήνω απλά το original review για ιστορικούς και πρακτικούς λόγους (π.χ. να γνωρίζει κάποιος τι πρόβλημα μπορεί να αντιμετωπίσει αγοράζοντας το κινητό ή οποιοδήποτε Motorola γενικά, να προχωρήσουν όλοι οι κάτοχοι στο update, κλπ.).
Η βαθμολογία πλέον είναι τέσσερα (4) αστέρια αντικειμενικά για το κινητό, αλλά φυσικά όλη η παρακάτω ιστορία κράτησε 3 και πλέον μήνες - χαρά στην υπομονή της μητέρας μου να το χρησιμοποιεί (αλλά και το άθλιο customer service από 3rd party καταστήματα σε τέτοιες περιπτώσεις... ούτε κουβέντα για να επιστρέψουν χρήματα ή να αλλάξουν άμεσα συσκευή).
Με λίγα λόγια: το πρόβλημα με τις κλήσεις πλέον δεν υπάρχει (με update version THA33.31-40), το κινητό είναι μία αξιόλογη φθηνή συσκευή, κι εγώ Motorola δεν ξανααγοράζω (για τα επόμενα χρόνια τουλάχιστον). Όποιος καεί με το χυλό...

!!! ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ ΣΕ ΟΠΟΙΟΝ ΣΚΕΦΤΕΤΑΙ ΑΓΟΡΑ !!! ΔΙΑΒΑΣΤΕ ΤΟ !!!
Αγόρασα το κινητό για τη μητέρα μου και το σέταρα φυσικά εγώ (μεταφέροντας δεδομένα από Samsung S9+). Με μία γρήγορη ματιά, το κινητό για τα λεφτά του (165 ευρώ) φαίνεται πολύ ικανοποιητικό - αποδεκτή ποιότητα, πολύ γρήγορο (8mb Ram) και με "στεγνό android" / χωρίς bloatware, καλή οθόνη με τα 90hz να "δείχνουν", καλή κάμερα, δε δοκιμάστηκε σε παιχνίδια ούτε και θα χρησιμοποιηθεί για εκεί, αλλά οκ για όλα τα υπόλοιπα...
!!! ΑΛΛΑ ... !!!
Το κινητό έχει ένα ΣΟΒΑΡΟ ΓΝΩΣΤΟ πρόβλημα που κανείς δεν αναφέρει στις κριτικές (αν δεν παρουσιάστηκε στους υπόλοιπους τότε όλα καλά... αλλιώς γράψτε ένα update παιδιά!).
Κατα τη διάρκεια κλήσης, και φαινομενικά σε τυχαίο χρόνο και τοποθεσία, σταματάει να λειτουργεί ο ήχος για τον κάτοχο. Δηλαδή σταματάς να ακούς το συνομιλητή σου, ενώ ο συνομιλητής σου συνεχίζει να σε ακούει (το μικρόφωνό του δηλαδή λειτουργεί κανονικά) και η κλήση συνεχίζεται κανονικά. Μέχρι στιγμής το έχει κάνει στο 70% των κλήσεων περίπου, όπως είπα σε διαφορετικές τοποθεσίες και επίσης σε διαφορετικά χρονικά σημεία (π.χ. άλλες φορές το κάνει στο 1 λεπτό κλήσης, την τελευταία φορά το έκανε στα 6:30 λεπτά κλήσης) αλλά πάντως σύντομα.
Το πρόβλημα είναι γνωστό στο φόρουμ, και οι moderators έχουν ύποπτα σταματήσει να είναι active στη συζήτηση - δείτε εδώ (με το σχετικό κράξιμο από χρήστες):

Θα δοκιμάσω στις επόμενες μέρες 2 διαφορετικές πιθανές λύσεις που βρήκα online και θα επανέλθω - αλλά μέχρι τότε 1 ΑΣΤΕΡΙ ΚΑΙ ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ ΣΕ ΟΠΟΙΟΝ ΣΚΕΦΤΕΤΑΙ ΑΓΟΡΑ!!!
Edit: Έχω δοκιμάσει όποια σχετική ή "άκυρη" λύση έχω βρει σε οποιοδήποτε forum, άσχετα από ότι γράφεται στο παραπάνω link (επίσημο forum Lenovo / Motorola). Καμία πρόοδος, το πρόβλημα συνεχίζεται. Η αξιολόγηση 1* παραμένει, και συστήνω σοβαρά την ΑΠΟΦΥΓΗ ΑΓΟΡΑΣ του κινητού.
Επίσης, δε μπορώ να το διασταυρώσω, αλλά χρήστες στο παραπάνω forum ισχυρίζονται ότι συμβαίνει και σε άλλα κινητά της σειράς - προσοχή λοιπόν.
