Very nice shoe in terms of appearance, the size is not out of the ordinary.
I wear 42 both in sports and more formal shoes and the size fits me just fine.
It doesn't hurt me at all. In extreme cases while walking, it might hurt a little if, when you walk, your toe lifts slightly at the edge of your foot and hits the top part of the shoe.
In terms of comfort, it is comfortable but obviously not the most comfortable compared to more comfortable shoes.
As for breathability, the foot is generally well-ventilated, I had other similar shoes before that didn't breathe and the difference is huge.
Practically, after a day of work, the sock just smells like leather (from the insole) and sweat (just normal sweat, not bad odor), but it doesn't smell bad.
You just need to keep in mind when you're at work not to have your feet constantly on the floor because obviously the foot won't breathe well since the holes are on the sole.
I either keep my legs stretched out so my feet don't touch the floor or I rest them on the chair wheels.

Απο άνεση είναι άνετο αλλά προφανώς δεν είναι και το πιο άνετο σε σύγκριση με πιο άνετα παπούτσια.
Απο θέμα του πόσο αναπνέει τώρα γενικά το πόδι αερίζεται αρκετά, είχα άλλα παρόμοια παπούτσια πριν που δν ανέπνεαν και η διαφορά είναι τεράστια.
Πρακτικά μετά απο μια μέρα εργασίας η κάλτσα απλά μυρίζει δέρμα(απο τον πάτο) και ιδρώτα(απλό ίδρωμα όχι κακοσμία) αλλά δν μυρίζει άσχημα.
Απλά πρέπει να έχετε στο μυαλό σας όταν είστε στην δουλειά να μην έχετε συνεχώς τα πόδια σας στο πάτωμα γιατί προφανώς δεν θα αναπνέει καλά το πόδι αφού οι τρύπες είναι στην σόλα.
Εγώ είτε τα αφήνω τεντομένα με τα πόδια να μην πατάνε κάτω ή πατάω στις ρόδες τις καρέκλας.
