I'm not sure how reliable the measurements are. The results I get differ from those displayed by my Garmin watch

Although I bought it directly from Withings about three years ago, I have to say that it is incredibly reliable and provides a complete record of all sleep data, such as sleep status and the duration of its stages, any apneas, and heart rate, all of which are automatically transferred to the Withings app whenever we open it, on the phone, tablet, or wherever else you have installed it.
It can also create a PDF log file of all this for the pulmonologist or cardiologist.
    Update July 25 '26
I have had it for almost five years and today I noticed that it started filling with air during the night, something it did not do before, and that is a sign that it is starting to lose air.
I took it out of the case and did a visual inspection, as Withings says.
In addition, I remembered the rubber repairmen, I had it inflated and put it in water up to the limits of its electronic part to check for any bubbles.
    Both checks came back negative.
The company says that if the air is not leaking from its "balloon", then the valve is to blame, which is fixed in the mechanism, and so the factory instruction says... "buy another one," as if that were easy.
I don't know what to do, whether to buy another one directly or try to fix it since it is no longer under warranty anyway and then see about a new one.
    We shall see.
