I am quite satisfied since the tool is automatic, rechargeable, and easy to use. The ceramic blades that do not oxidize the coffee are very important. It is worth its money since it is used daily. We just have to see how durable it will prove to be. Less than a year later, with almost daily use for about 15 grams, its performance has noticeably dropped and now it needs to be shaken more systematically for the blades to "catch." Hard to last much longer, unfortunately. I will update.
I returned it 15 months after purchase.
The Belogia technician was nowhere to be found despite my 2 requests.
Coffee Tales, after 2 requests and complaints from me, conveyed that the representative said there was no "proper use," which is not true.
After 1-2 more requests, they said they would try with the representative...
No one contacted me...
I'm leaving it because I understand there is no interest in service...
I've bought another grinder anyway...
I'm giving 2 stars because it did its job well for 1 year.
It simply is not worth the money, of course, and I will avoid these two companies for obvious reasons...
