The 8 cm quenelle spoon with a long handle transforms ice cream, whipped cream, mousse, or mashed potatoes into a more refined visual and gastronomic presentation of a higher level. It is made from quality material with the correct depth to achieve the iconic quenelle shape.
Triangle has created two spoons of different sizes (6 cm and 8 cm) and with two different handles (short and long handle) that always ensure perfectly rounded quenelle shapes with sharp edges:
- The short handle aids in ergonomic work from the wrist.
- The long handle is suitable for working in deep containers.
Spoons of the same size clean one another, allowing the quenelle to be drawn either with one spoon or formed with two spoons. The 6 cm and 8 cm quenelle spoons with a short handle are also available as a set.
