Whatever, these are vitamins where you have to take 2-3 gummies a day to be equivalent to supplements from other companies, and as for vitamins, they only have the promise. It would be a thousand times better for someone to take ALTION vitamins, specifically Tonovit, because these vitamins are not worth it at all—neither their price nor the time someone would spend taking them instead of other vitamin gummies that would have a complete list of vitamins and essential ingredients for the body, instead of just a few lines like these gummies have

Unfortunately, it doesn't have any results. Besides that, using it (as well as the hair supplement it comes with) caused severe acne and oiliness. I wouldn't recommend it.

They are very tasty and not overly sweet like other gummy candies. Their ingredients are okay. The price is fair and I find them ideal for those who have difficulty swallowing pills or cannot/be bothered to take effervescent tablets (guilty!). I also checked the company's website, it is well-designed although it seems to focus more on marketing rather than the medical/technological aspect. Anyway, the composition is more or less similar to all the well-known multivitamins and since they are also sold in pharmacies (for me, the fact that such products are only sold in other types of stores is a red flag), I consider them a good alternative to regular vitamins.
