The solution regarding the hotspot that doesn't work with Vodafone is as follows: go to settings, network and internet, mobile network, Vodafone GR, access point names, and there we leave only the vf internet, any other option we delete by selecting the 3 dots at the top right and pressing delete apn. It worked for me immediately, I didn't even need to restart. I found the solution on the internet while searching. If for some reason you want to restore them (but of course, the hotspot capability with Vodafone will be lost), select settings, system, reset options, reset mobile network settings, Vodafone GR, reset settings.

Purchased on 2/10. Initial experience was very good. Fast, clean android, satisfactory photos, although the screen is LCD, it has good brightness even in sunlight. Of course, it's not OLED or AMOLED, but it will only be a problem in direct sunlight. Sound is very good. Overall, I was satisfied until the 4th-5th day when I needed to use the hotspot, which is essential for me. Unfortunately, it doesn't work. Neither with updates nor with factory reset. Other providers and SIM cards were tested, but no solution. The devices either connect without internet or don't connect at all. Unfortunately, I later discovered that the hotspot issue is a big problem in many Motorola models. Visit Lenovo's support forum (which acquired Motorola) and you will understand. Motorola g73, g72, g82, g84 edge 30, edge 30 fusion, edge 30 ultra, etc. have a problem.

The phone finally has a problem with the motherboard, as stated by the authorized service of procordia. There is no available replacement and I would have to wait for 15 days. I requested a technical report for Dead on Arrival since the phone went to the service on the 5th day of use, with the goal of device replacement, but both the purchasing store and the service cannot come to an agreement, each blaming the other. I requested to speak with the responsible person at the service and clarify when a device is considered Dead on Arrival, maybe I haven't understood it well... No communication...

The store says that the supplier cannot accept the report in the way it is written as Dead on Arrival, and the service says that the supplier should accept this report and cannot change it!!! We are literally playing with words!!!

Conclusion? I returned the device again, forced to wait for a motherboard replacement and hopefully have the phone within a reasonable timeframe.

For me, it's a zero for this particular purchasing store, as well as the authorized service for after-sales support. Never again, clearly lacking professionalism.

Update 17/11/2023: I spoke with the service as I noticed that the status of my device still showed waiting for the replacement from the supplier. To my surprise, they told me that the repair has been delayed because their supplier brought the wrong replacement (motherboard!!) and that I would have to wait a little longer.

They informed me in writing for the first time, apologizing for the 10-day delay (which in reality was 20), and that by the end of next week (November 24th) they would receive the replacement.

Update 23/11/2023: They called me to inform me that the device is ready... I initially couldn't believe it! Finally, I received it and everything seems to be okay.

Overall conclusion for me: I will not choose this company again, solely based on the issue of after-sales support, which is well below average. And because I have worked in the field in the past, the negatives clearly go to the management of procordia and not to its technical employees.

Fast.... I will gradually write impressions.. charger with a short cable... And with type c on both sides.... the battery is ok for light use... but in 40 minutes you need power again. It does not have dual sim if you have a memory card in the device...!!! Either one or the other.. the microphone especially on speakerphone has an issue, they can't hear you... they keep commenting on it.. the internet, although it shows 5g, is slow and I have the impression it is slower than my old 4g device... maybe Vodafone has also locked the speed because as soon as I bought 5g they called me for an upgrade supposedly for the line. The battery lasts all day with normal use easily.. I haven't used it yet on Google Maps.. it hasn't frozen on me yet, loud sound.. nice colors.. it never gets hot.. I don't play games.. I think for now it's worth it... You never feel it hot no matter how much you surf.. the photos at night and probably the video are awesome.

Especially at this price it's a must.
Until today, June 12, 2024, all good.. maybe it has frozen once or twice but it's definitely the apps' fault.. microphone sound is ok, overall very good. 2025 the phone is trouble-free!!! June 2025 all good!

Quick shake left and right and the camera is ready so you don't miss the action, shake it 2 times like a hammer and the lights come up...about an hour to fully charge, night shot for clear as day pictures.. elegance+power at an affordable price. It doesn't lag anywhere, I have left my PC and I experiment on how to turn it into a (all-around) processor for home and more! For this reason, I have purchased various wired and wireless peripheral systems and mini gadgets such as keyboard, mouse, projector, speakers, stand, cases, headphones, controllers, Bluetooth and USB dongles (adapters), which had an additional cost of around +150€. These, my friends, all happened about a month ago because now, after a month, the price has dropped as much as the peripherals cost me. Just remember that when we do wireless casting (wifi, hotspot, hotspot or one device gives the signal (transmitter) and the other receives it (receiver), you choose which device will do what. The battery lasts all day easily if you disable updates and delete programs that are not of interest and are pre-installed. After a month of use, I have customized it to my needs and I charge it approximately every second or third day of heavy use, and it has other margins if I do manual updates

To my surprise, they told me that the repair has been delayed because their supplier brought the wrong replacement (motherboard!!) and that I would have to wait a little longer.

They informed me in writing for the first time, apologizing for the 10-day delay (which in reality was 20), and that by the end of next week (November 24th) they would receive the replacement.

Update 23/11/2023: They called me to inform me that the device is ready... I initially couldn't believe it! Finally, I received it and everything seems to be okay.

Overall conclusion for me: I will not choose this company again, solely based on the issue of after-sales support, which is well below average. And because I have worked in the field in the past, the negatives clearly go to the management of procordia and not to its technical employees.

Fast.... I will gradually write impressions.. charger with a short cable... And with type c on both sides.... the battery is ok for light use... but in 40 minutes you need power again. It does not have dual sim if you have a memory card in the device...!!! Either one or the other.. the microphone especially on speakerphone has an issue, they can't hear you... they keep commenting on it.. the internet, although it shows 5g, is slow and I have the impression it is slower than my old 4g device... maybe Vodafone has also locked the speed because as soon as I bought 5g they called me for an upgrade supposedly for the line. The battery lasts all day with normal use easily.. I haven't used it yet on Google Maps.. it hasn't frozen on me yet, loud sound.. nice colors.. it never gets hot.. I don't play games.. I think for now it's worth it... You never feel it hot no matter how much you surf.. the photos at night and probably the video are awesome.

Especially at this price it's a must.
Until today, June 12, 2024, all good.. maybe it has frozen once or twice but it's definitely the apps' fault.. microphone sound is ok, overall very good. 2025 the phone is trouble-free!!! June 2025 all good!

Quick shake left and right and the camera is ready so you don't miss the action, shake it 2 times like a hammer and the lights come up...about an hour to fully charge, night shot for clear as day pictures.. elegance+power at an affordable price. It doesn't lag anywhere, I have left my PC and I experiment on how to turn it into a (all-around) processor for home and more! For this reason, I have purchased various wired and wireless peripheral systems and mini gadgets such as keyboard, mouse, projector, speakers, stand, cases, headphones, controllers, Bluetooth and USB dongles (adapters), which had an additional cost of around +150€. These, my friends, all happened about a month ago because now, after a month, the price has dropped as much as the peripherals cost me. Just remember that when we do wireless casting (wifi, hotspot, hotspot or one device gives the signal (transmitter) and the other receives it (receiver), you choose which device will do what. The battery lasts all day easily if you disable updates and delete programs that are not of interest and are pre-installed. After a month of use, I have customized it to my needs and I charge it approximately every second or third day of heavy use, and it has other margins if I do manual updates

For the 165 euros I spent, it's VFM. The solution regarding the hotspot that doesn't work with Vodafone is as follows: go to settings, network and internet, mobile network, Vodafone GR, access point names, and there we leave only the vf internet, any other option we delete by selecting the 3 dots at the top right and pressing delete apn. It worked for me immediately, I didn't even need to restart. I found the solution on the internet while searching. If for some reason you want to restore them (but of course, the hotspot capability with Vodafone will be lost), select settings, system, reset options, reset mobile network settings, Vodafone GR, reset settings.

I have had the phone for a month and a bit and I can say that it is very good for its price. It takes very good photos in all situations, records good videos, is fast, and has a satisfactory battery. It has been mentioned that there is an issue with the hotspot, which is true, but it is not a phone issue. For me, with Cosmote, the hotspot worked normally, but with Vodafone, it did not, which was a Vodafone issue and was resolved with a setting as follows: Settings -> Network & Internet -> Mobile Network -> Vodafone -> Access Point Names -> VF Internet -> and where it says APN Type, we write default,dun and save it, and the hotspot works fine. Just to be safe, we also do a restart. ATTENTION, I AM ALWAYS TALKING ABOUT VODAFONE. I give 4 stars because the alarm does not work when the phone is off, and because it froze once and I had to do a hard restart because nothing was responding. Since then, it hasn't happened again; I want to believe it was a random occurrence, we will see. In general, I recommend it, especially at the current price, which is much lower than when I bought it. Just anyone who buys it should not hope for an upgrade to Android 15, since it only got 14 and will stay there; any further updates will only be security updates. This is a big foul by Motorola, only providing one system upgrade.

Purchased on 2/10. Initial experience was very good. Fast, clean android, satisfactory photos, although the screen is LCD, it has good brightness even in sunlight. Of course, it's not OLED or AMOLED, but it will only be a problem in direct sunlight. Sound is very good. Overall, I was satisfied until the 4th-5th day when I needed to use the hotspot, which is essential for me. Unfortunately, it doesn't work. Neither with updates nor with factory reset. Other providers and SIM cards were tested, but no solution. The devices either connect without internet or don't connect at all. Unfortunately, I later discovered that the hotspot issue is a big problem in many Motorola models. Visit Lenovo's support forum (which acquired Motorola) and you will understand. Motorola g73, g72, g82, g84 edge 30, edge 30 fusion, edge 30 ultra, etc. have a problem.

The funny thing is that the only solution suggested by Motorola's online technical support, after trying all the settings and changes, is a factory reset, which is not a solution since it sometimes works (in some models) and sometimes doesn't. It didn't work for me. I am waiting for a response from Motorola's official service.

For me, it's a big no, because in terms of software support, it may be worse than Xiaomi.

Update 26/10/2023:
The phone finally has a problem with the motherboard, as stated by the authorized service of procordia. There is no available replacement and I would have to wait for 15 days. I requested a technical report for Dead on Arrival since the phone went to the service on the 5th day of use, with the goal of device replacement, but both the purchasing store and the service cannot come to an agreement, each blaming the other. I requested to speak with the responsible person at the service and clarify when a device is considered Dead on Arrival, maybe I haven't understood it well... No communication...

The store says that the supplier cannot accept the report in the way it is written as Dead on Arrival, and the service says that the supplier should accept this report and cannot change it!!! We are literally playing with words!!!

Conclusion? I returned the device again, forced to wait for a motherboard replacement and hopefully have the phone within a reasonable timeframe.
